Notice on the events of the Solution Movement

1. The Solution Movement (registration number 01-02-0017750; address: 1061 Budapest, Székely Mihály utca 16.; tax number: 19319856-1-42) produces pictures and/or audio recordings (hereinafter referred to as Recordings) at events organised by it or by candidates running on its behalf (hereinafter referred to as The Event).
2. The purpose of the recordings is to promote the activities of the Solution Movement as a political party. Method of use: revision, publication on the website, social media platforms and press releases of the Solution Movement. Duration of use: 4 years. The legal basis for data processing is the consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, Article 9(1)(a) of the Gdpr, Section 2:48 (1) of the Civil Code). The Recordings are not used by the Solution Movement for personal identification, they do not use facial recognition software on them. The data subjects are not entitled to compensation in connection with the preparation and use of the Recording. Information on the availability of the Solution Movement, the rights and remedies of the data subject is available in the data protection notice at the Solution Movement website https://memo.hu/adatvedelem.
3. Participants entering the Event expressly consent to the use of their voice and likeness without compensation in video and audio recording.
4. The Solution Movement informs those who enter the Event and those who are staying there to the recordings with a pictogram and text notice posted at the venue.
5. Minors are only permitted at the Event while accompanied by a responsible adult.
6. The use of the devices exhibited at the Event is carried out at your own risk. Minors may use the exhibited device only under the supervision of their adult attendant.
7. The consumption of food and drinks offered free of charge at the Event is carried out at your own risk, we ask for the increased attention of those with food allergies and intolerances.
